 Scratch & Win Campaign – Support Service Providers Expo 2025

1. Promoters

This promotional campaign is jointly conducted by:

  • Re.Connect Support Services, ABN [57660610917]
  • Piri-Piri Marketing Hub, ABN [58 683 605 218]

2. Campaign Overview

The Re.Connect x Piri-Piri Scratch & Win Campaign is a digital promotional activity conducted during the Aged & Disability Expo Burnie held on:

  • Burnie Arts Centre – 9 July 2025

Participants must register digitally via a QR code and complete the provided form to participate.

3. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all registered Expo attendees aged 18 years and above.
  • Employees and contractors of the promoters may participate but are not eligible for raffle-based prizes.
  • One (1) registration per participant is permitted.

4. Entry Conditions

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete the online form including name, email address, and contact number (mandatory)
  • Submit up to three (3) referrals with full name, contact number, and organisation name
  • Consent that any referred individuals or businesses are personally known to the participant and have given verbal or written permission to be contacted by the Promoters.

By submitting referrals, the participant accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Scratch Attempts

  • Each participant receives one (1) scratch attempt upon registration.
  • Each Scratch attempt will comprise of Six (6) scratches. When a star is revealed, it is not counted as a “scratch”
  • Each valid referral grants one (1) additional scratch attempt, up to a maximum of three (3) referrals.
  • A participant may have a maximum of four (4) scratch attempts in total.

Participants must use the same device for both registration and the scratch card session. Any attempts to access the scratch game from a different device or reset sessions may void eligibility.

6. Prizes and Distribution

Stars Revealed Prize Conditions
5 Stars or More Lucky Draw  All 5 stars or more scratchers will pick a chit from a jar. The prize will be printed on the chit and will be distributed at the booth.
  • The Galaxy Tab and $50 Voucher winners will be notified via email.
  • All  prizes, except the spot prizes won through the lucky draw, , will be shipped to the provided address within up to 30 days post-event.
  • No cash alternatives are available. Prizes are not transferable.
  • Raffle draw will be taking place via online raffle on the 2nd of July.  It will be a video draw to be posted on our social media accounts.  

7. Privacy and Data Usage

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Referrals will only be contacted by Re.Connect Support Services and/or Piri-Piri Marketing Hub.
  • Data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • By participating, you consent to being contacted for promotional follow-up, service offerings, or winner notifications.

8. Disqualification

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses unauthorised or automated methods to access or interact with the scratch game
  • Fails to comply with the requirement to use the same device for both registration and gameplay
  • Interferes with the campaign in a manner that disrupts fair and equal participation

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoters shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues affecting email delivery or scratch functionality
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to system errors
  • Loss or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of a prize

10. Acceptance

Participation in this campaign indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
